Veins: Enlarged veins at the surface, under the anal-rectal mucosa. These veins are a normal part of the anatomy, but can become enlarged with constipation or straining for bowel movements. Avoid constipation.

Normal : Veins to serve as fluid filled cushions designed to last a lifetime as long as you don't abuse them with diarrhea, constipation, excessive straining. Be at peace with your hemorrhoids with proper diet, fluids and bathroom habits.

Hemmorhoids: It is a very common problem, not to worry. Can be related to either constipation or diarrhea. Hemorrhoids should be evaluated by a colo-rectal or general surgeon you will require dietary, bathroom habit modifications and sometimes office based procedures if medical management is ineffective.
