See a doctor: Back pain that occurs at night is something that should be investigated by a doctor sooner rather than later. Please see your doctor asap. If you do not have one, make an appointment to see a doctor. Do not ignore this.

Mid back pain: There are few possibilities. Muscle positional pain which fades when you go to bathroom and change your position. Also i think about acid reflux disease, when you stand up it goes away. Please see your doctor.
