No good reason: Nephritis does not relate to liquid type of intake. I see no benefit in mineral water in particular different than other types of water or liquids intake.

No: Mineral water can vary dramatically depending on the source. It may contain differing amonts of elctrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium that may cause the kidneys to have to work overtime when they are already burdened
