Trigger finger: Sounds like multiple trigger finger, nodular growths on the flexor tendons that gets stuck in flexion because the extensors are too weak to pull the nodule back through the sheath. Needs some rest and non steroidal anti- inflammatory. If not responsive may need surgery.
