See Ob/Gyn or REI: Start with an evaluation with your ob/gyn. An initial work up will assess for ovarian reserve, tubal patency, endocrine problems, & male factor (semen analysis). Depending on the results, you may need treatment or referral to an rei specialist.

See specialist!: First, it may be either of you. Your family doctor can tell if your sperm exhibit a necessary number and good quality. Afterwards, i recommend a good fertility specialist. I have specialists in that field enlist my help in finding nutritonal support that may impair fertility. Several types of doctor may be needed to solve the problem. Good luck!
