Could be a goiter: Who ordered the scan? What is their next step? Dyspnea, dysphonia and dysphagia may all be due to a markedly enlarged gland - but so could other things so consult an endocrinologist before any surgical decision which might be curative - but you need more information about thyroid size and function first.
