Likely not: As much as it seems like your stres could hurt your baby, unless it is keeping you from eating, drinking, and being healthy, then your baby is very likely unaffected by it. Good luck - hopefully you will only have tears of joy in 6 months!

Yes: Stress can cause many things in pregnancy. Premature labor, decreased ability to nurse, and a recent study shows infants of chronically stressed mothers are more prone to depression. At 3months pregnant it is common to cry, feel depressed, have a poor food intake and generally be " out of sorts".
