Change positions: Try sleeping on your back with your knees bent and a roll under your knees and between your knees. If you roll onto your side be certain to keep that roll between your knee s and your knees still bent. If you have no contra indications you could try an Aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen prior to bed and again when you awaken. Are you stretching and watching how you lift.
