Muscle tension H/A: Use moist heat to neck & shoulders; stretch neck & shoulder muscles; put them thru range of motion (see diagram). Shrug shoulders, hold, then relax to fatigue tight muscles. Therapeutic massage beneficial. Osteopathic soft tissue techniques beneficial. Magnesium supplement can help relax muscles (low dose: too much can cause diarrhea).
