I have small penis what to do?

Surgery fails but...: Sizes are variable, average is 5 1/2". If you have 3.0" or more, studies show you have enough to receive and give full satisfaction with most women, and many will prefer it, since most of their nerves are in the vulva rather than the vagina and you may have more control. Your erections may also be harder than a bigger man's. Talk with your partner and learn to use your entire body. Good luck.

Usually not a lot: You have to be more specific and need to see a urologist. You shoudl measure your penis while erect. The mean of an erect human penis is approximately 12.9–15.0 cm (5.1–5.9 in) in length. Flaccid penis length is a poor estimate of erect length. Most penis growth occurs by puberty.

Limited options: Some surgeons report success with fat transfer to the penis for girth. Despite all the claims of different internet sources there is no way to substantially change the length or girth of your penis. A penile vacuum assist device may be used to maximize the size you do have. Weight loss, pubic fat liposuction and trimming of the pubic hair may enhance the appearance of your natural length.

Use it well: The average grown man in the USA has 5 inches erect. If you have 3.0" or more, you can give and receive full satisfaction with most partners. A smaller guy gets harder, won't be incompatible with most women, and is better able to give maximum stimulation to her best nerve endings which are in front. Stop comparing yourself to guys in those pictures. Use your whole body to be a superior lover.

Penis size is at the: front of every man's mind because he wants to know if he measures up. You haven't stated your penis size, but if it's bigger than 4 inches, it's not micropenis. Despite email "miracles", nothing truly increases penis size, except a few risky surgeries which probably aren't worth it. Well mannered confidence is far more attractive than having an enormous "ego". Partners prefer gentlemen, trust me.

Can't say: This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer questions based on what you write in your post. We have no access to anything else you may have posted. Since you did not include any description of relevant info (resting or erect length/girth) no assessment can be made.

See below: At your age, you have achieved the size you were going to and there is no treatment shown to make a man bigger. Do not get into manipulations, or drugs that will only harm you. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Penile size: Penile adeuacy is measured, not by size or length, but by whether or not one's erect penis can satisfy one's sexual partner, and this varies tremendously. The penis generally enlarges and becomes longer when erect. A urologist or family doctor, or charts on an internet site, can give you averages.
