Maybe: Diarrhea is not normal in any circumstance, although, most cases are short lived and require no treatment. Things you need to worry, is worsening diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever. If those 3 are present, bacterial diarrhea is very likely and needs to be checked out. Otherwise, fluid repletion, and occasional anti-diarrheal medicine (imodium) may be tried for frequency of 7+/day.
