See a doctor: Choking when you eat is not normal. You should see a doctor (probably ent, but start with your family doctor or primary care provider). You will need some sort of test to see what's going on. The two tests that would be best are a scope test where they look down your esophagus and into your stomach, or a barium swallow where an xray is performed after you swallow a solution that coats the path.
