Is it safe to move heavy objects while i am pregnant?

No: You won't hurt the baby, but you can hurt your back. This will become more of an issue by the middle of your pregnancy when your back starts to curve more. Avoid lifting more than thirty pounds if possible.

Best to avoid: Although it may not be unsafe depending on the object and your age of pregnancy, but the safest thing is to avoid moving heavy objects so that you avoid any possible injury to yourself or the growing baby.
