How do cure a skin rash?

Curable vs treatable: Rashes such as poison ivy/oak, fungal(ringworm), bacterial infections (impetigo) etc.. Can be cured. Rashes such as eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis etc...Are not curable, only treatable. Viral rashes such as chicken pox, measle, roseola etc..Will heal on their own with or without treatment.
