International: You might check with the international association for cognitive psychotherapy for referrals: www.The-iacp.Com/ also there is the association for behavioral and cognitive therapies: www.Abct.Org there are some therapists who also may do such therapy via skype sessions, but you would need to be sure of qualifications.
