Is it ok to get a tattoo while breast feeding?

No: Please allow your infant the opportunity to bond while breast feeding without the risk of infection. Tatoos use needles under the skin which can cause infection with the potential to enter your bloodstream and thus the baby's milk supply.

No: I agree with dr. Ingram. Any infection you get is possibly an infection your baby may get. Tattoing can lead to infections with organisms like clostridium tetani, streptococcus pyogenes, staphylococcus aureus pseudomonas aeruginosa, haemophilus ducreyi, treponema pallidum & mycobacterium leprae. It can cause illnesses like sepsis, impetigo, tetanus & erysipelas.
