No.: The mammogram will look at the tissue below the skin surface (as will the mri) so they won't affect your MRI or mammogram readings.

No and no: Not a problem. Some older tattoos(obtained more than 20 years ago) could potentially contain metallic residue that could interfere with the MRI image, but you are 19 so that is not an issue.
