Lots--: Primary side-effects of Lyrica (pregabalin) include fatigue, dizziness, loss of balance, mental slowing, fluid retention, weight gain, and depression. Look at the fda package insert for full details. Fortunately almost all side-effects are readily reversible upon drug discontinuation.

Serious side effects include muscle pain, weakness, vision problems, easy bruising and bleeding. Less serious side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, loss of balance, dry mouth, and constipation.
