Spot or small amonts of blood in my pad but when i get ready to poddy its like a urine flow of blood, a pinkish color with very light cramping.why ?

Is it your period?: Where are you in your menstrual cycle? Is it time for your cycle? If so then this is likely your period - just an abnormal appearance. Any chance that you are pregnant?
