Tachycardia: Likely that you have bouts of what we call nonsustained tachycardia. Mostly from the upper chambers of the heart. At times extra beats from the lower chambers (pvcs). Make sure you see your doctor to possibly wear a 24 hour monitor, have blood tests including thyroid hormones, at times echocardiography needed. If symptoms persist, one needs medications. Reduce stimulants including caffeine etc bes.
