Yes, but uncommon: a fast heart rate, like over 180 beats a min, can result in smaller pulses of blood being ejected from the heart. This can lead to a lower blood pressure, then less blood to the brain, then passing out or fainting. Called ventricular tachycardia, on the TV shows, they say "V tach". Commonly treated with paddles to shock the heart (defib).
