Peyronies curves up: Peyronies usually has a plaque (area of hardness) unedr the skin on upper side of penis. Phimosis which is too tight to permit skin to retract over the penile glans can also cause some curvature with erection. Should be checked out, and probably treated, by a urologist.

Correct phimosis: If you have phimosis and a curved penis, get the phimosis treated. If curvature persists, then it is either due to chordee (congenital curvature) or peyronie's (acquired curvature). If you are committed to surgery, a surgeon could determine one from the other intra-op and correct both.

Here are some ...: If a curved penis just happens over the past months or years, it would be most likely a disorder from Peyronie's disease, which is a condition resulting from local tissue change like scar formation in the coverings of penile corporeal bodies. Phimosis has been not known to be related with crooked penis, but, rarely, an inappropriately-done circumcision may cause unwanted curvature or torsion.
