Not much: It varies by age and sex but generally your rda (recommended daily allowance) is 2.4 micrograms of B12 and 16 milligrams of Niacin daily. A single multivitamin will generally have all of this and much more. Your food is likely adequate but if you want to be certain, take a single multivitamin each day.
