How long should i use sinus rinse?

Up to you: Some of my patients have used a saline sinus rinse daily for years. Make sure your bottle or netti pot are clean, don't forget to use salt, and use it when it feels good to do so. It can help keep your nose open, wash out pollen, pus, and dirt. If itwas recommended by your ENT doctor, get their opinion. Depending on reason for use, will have an opinion.
