constant feel of excess mucus, i've tried sinus rinses and that doesn't even help?

Allergies?: You could have allergies, a sinus infection, or even an unusual case of acid reflux. Would recommend a trip to your pcp to be evaluated. May need a specialist referral as well if simple approaches not effective. Quit smoking (if you do) as this can make sinus issues worse. Otc sinus and allergy meds may help with mucus. You can continue the saline rinses for now to help keep sinuses clear.
