Calories intake: Depends upon what your goal is! if you want to lose weight consume less burn more! and vice versa to gain weight. Remember our body requires 1800 cal per day to maintain regular function ( like heart beat, respiration etc.). Which means --- you want to maintain same weight, just stay on 1800 cal/ day.
