A member asked:

Can medicine capsules be broken and take the inside of the capsule by itself?

No!: The capsule is present to protect the medicine from stomach acids which will make the meidcine inside the capsule useless. Most medicines in capsule form must deliver their drug to the small intestine for absorption to be effective.

Capsules : Not normally. If you cannot swallow the capsules, many drugs have specific things that you can mix the powder inside with and it is very specific. A pharmacist should be able to help you.
