See list: Alcohol, artificial sweeteners, coffee, citrus juices, cranberry juice, hot peppers, side and spicy food. However, not everyone will "flare" with everything on the list. Some people will flair with items not on the list. I would suggest a food diary and an elimination diet. These tools will help you gain control over your life.
