Peritoneal dialysis (where the fluid uses is high is dextrose aka sugar) can raise blood sugar levels.

Maybe: Hempdialysis usually does not affect blood glucose levels. Peritoneal dialysis is done with fluid that is high in sugars and can increase your blood sugars.
