Can a woman can go to puberty again if she takes certain products?

No: Puberty is the transition occurring between childhood and adulthood. Assuming you're beyond teenage years, you're past this stage. If you are menopausal and get hormone replacement, that will help ease some of the menopausal symptoms provided this is prescribed by your gynecologist and there aren't contraindications.
