Might be big deal: Could be a hernia, muscle spasm, or potentially more serious issues. Masses of colon, gyn organs, infection or nflammation, e.g. Diverticulitis, appendicitis, call your doc, get seen. Got fever, nausea, vomiting, change in bowels? Er asap.
