Three times a day: Remember that fenugreek capsules are essentially the crushed up herb, so there is not an exact mg dose. But in general we recommend two capsules three times daily to increase your milk supply. Try it in a greek salad too!

Fenugreek: I dont know how old you are, but i dont recommend it because we dont know its long term effects.
