Many: There are several remedies, most cause the urine to acidify and thus inhibiting bacterial growth, nothing repalces being examined and obtaining an accurate diagnosis and isolating the bacteria so you can obtain the correct antibiotic. Cranberrys and blueberrys help bacteria not "stick"to the bladder wall.

Not that work: You need antibiotics to cure a uti. Herbals for constipation if this was a factor in causing our uti, or you became constipated at same time as uti. Cranberry juice or extract, whilst not a herbal, will not cure a UTI but may reduce the risk of future utis.
