Many things: Some things you can do on your own: limit caffeine and other stimulants; get regular rest & exercise; eat healthily -- whole foods, limit artificial sweeteners, etc. Breathing; meditation, yoga, tai chi, etc. Medical eval (including thyroid panel). Psychotherapy can help a great deal -- learning your triggers and dealing with them. Psychiatric consultation for possible meds: ssri's & others.
