See your doctor: These symptoms can't be solved in this forum. You need to see your doctor.

Cardiac issues: Dizzyness upon standing is usually a result of insufficient blood flow to the brain. This can happen from dehyrdation or it can happen from problems with your heart. It is best that you run these complaints by your primary md so that you can be properly evaluated.

Definitely: This is not normal. Various possibilities exist. Can't pin it down here. Need to see a specialist, either neurologist or ent. May be a cardiac issue.
