Prevention is best: Preventing acne breakouts is the best form of treatment. Once formed, scars are amenable to variety of techniques depending upon whether they are depressed, pitted, boxlike or elevated.. These include fillers and subcision to free up and elevate depressions and boxes; punch-excision or pinpoint chemical peels to remove pits; and intralesional injections and scalpel removal for elevations.

Combination therapy: There is not a method to remove acne scars. Acne scars can only be improved. Acne scars can be improved with a variety of approaches (not sure what natural means- no artificial ingredients?- there is not a herbal or food substance which will improve acne scars): subcision, cross tca, medical roll cit, dermabrasion, laser and other treatments, including prp.
