A member asked:

What'd the best yogurt brand/type for yeast infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Plain/acidophilus: You need a non-sweetened yogurt that contains active acidophilus, the friendly bacteria that helps keep yeast in check. Many commercial brands do not have it, so be sure to read the label. And if it doesn't work, see your doctor, because something else may be going on.
