What should i look for in a good dermabrasion product?

Not sure: Dermabrasion machines are of 2 kinds, those that use crystals such as aluminum oxide or sodium bicarbonate, and those that use a diamond-tipped surface, to sand away small uneven spots on the surface of the skin. Professional machines should be fda-approved for medical use. Good results can depend on the judgment and skill of the physician using the machine, rather than on the machine itself.

Sandpaper: A good sandpaper is better than anything for this, or a coarse bristled brush daily.
