Use epinephrine: If you feel your breathing is being affected as a result of your throat closing up, using injectable Epinephrine (e.g. Epipen) can be lifesaving. It only lasts for about 15-30 minutes, at which point the swelling in the throat can come back, so always call 911 or have someone take you to the nearest emergency room right away after using it! antihistamines generally do not act fast enough to help.

Don't drink dairy: Avoid dairy products. If this happens... This could be life threatening... You need to call 911 or go to the emergency room (not an urgent care/doc-in-box) if this occurs.
