Anxiety & Depression: Anxiety is a feeling of dread or unease that's also accompanied by physical symptoms like rapid heart rate, sweating, rapid breathing, dry mouth, muscle tension, nausea, dizziness, etc. It can range from vague worry to intense panic. Depression brings a sad mood, loss of interest in normal activities, plus changes in appetite, sleep, and energy. Depression and anxiety frequently fall together.

Symptoms of anxiety: Symptoms of anxiety can include racing heart, sweating palms, flushing of face, and feelings of imminent danger or doom. Anxiety can also cause us to avoid situations or people. Depression symptoms can include feelings of hopelessness, a wish to sleep, weight loss or gain, restlessness, and a hopeless feeling about the future. If you are having any of these symptoms it's important to seek help.

Anxiety and Dep: Many times anxiety and depression go with one another and create a host of symptoms. Depression can cause changes in sleeping and eating patterns, difficulty concentrating, feeling hopeless and helpless, mood changes, loss of energy and lack of enjoyment. Anxiety causes a wide range of physical, emotional and cognitive symptoms. Generally, anxiety causes a sense of fear and loss of control.
