Decreased BP & hr: Neurocardiogenic syncope is caused by sudden decrease in BP & hr. Commonly treated with beta blockers which sounds paradoxical but it works.

Syncope: neuro-cardiogenic syncope is a loss of awareness / fainting due to decreased blood flow to the brain. It tends to occur due to an over-active reflex in the arteries in the front of the neck. Another term for this is vaso-vagal syncope.
