How can you tell the difference between a skin tag and a hpv wart?

Locations: Skin tag usually present at neck, arm pits and sometines under breasts and groins. They are tiny(1-2 mm) and sometimes, elongated. Warts caused by hpv can be anywhere, but commonly, hands/fingers(called hand warts), bottom of feet(called plantar warts) and ano-genital areas (called genital warts). They are usually larger (>5mm).
