Depends on why it is: This depends on why it is occuring . For most musculoskeletal causes local modalities like heat & massage combined with simple exercises & stretching will do. Sleeping with a flat, single pillow & occasional use of otc medication imay be enough with some time passing as well as more care with posturing of your head. If no better & it is bothering you, get it evaluated with your primary doctor.
