What can i use to treat folliculitis on my chest?

Antibiotics: Most of time, dermatologists would use oral doxycycline. Others include minocycline, Clindamycin or sulfa-drugs. Topicals would help but less effective. You'd better let dermatologists handle it instead of doing it yourself.

You can: You can try benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. If does not work then see a dermatologist.
