Possibly: Acupuncture can help with pain associated with residual facial synkinesis as well as atypical facial pain, in ~40% of people. Acupuncture is ineffective at restoring normal nerve connections to diminish synkinesis, however. Specific treatments by a speech therapist can stimulate facial muscles & nerve to help retrain your muscles and may be more effective to restore normal motion/function.

Possibly : Auricular acupuncture protocols are available for facial parlysis & bell's palsy. I often combine protocols to zone in on the patient's specifics. It may be helpful.
