Become pickier!: Be picky about what you put into your body. Choose your calories wisely. Keep track of them. You can lose weight eating anything, but eating for your health is much wiser than eating to lose weight or to suit your picky tastes. Choose lean meats, healthy carbs (fruits, veg and whole grains) avoid sugars and fatty foods. Broaden your food horizons and look at it as fuel for your body.
