Why is my left ventrical of the heart only working at 35% rather than 50%?

Need thorough eval: Weak heart can be from previous heart attack, infections, autoimmune disease, alcohol , vitamin defiency, and inherited. A complete history and physical should be done to further direct testing. If no etiology is found its called idiopathic . If the function remains low despite treatment , a defib device may be needed. Eval for transplant . Salt restriction is a must.
