What is the most effective mouth wash for cleaning and whitening teeth?

Nothing really: A mouthwash will not clean or whiten your teeth. You must brush and floss your teeth on a daily basis to give them a chance to be brighter. If you wish to whiten them...Try the crest strips or other products or...You can get them whitened (lightened) by a dentist. It does take work to keep your smile up.

Hydrogen peroxide : The best mouthwash in my opinion is diluted 50/50 otc hydrogen peroxide ( sold as 3%) helps with whitening, bad breath and may reduce gingivitis.

None.: Mouthwashes aren't really effective for accomplishing either.
