Yes: If you are on a diuretic (= "strong water pill") such as lasix, (furosemide) or zaroxylyn for instance, and not "peeing", that is not a good sign. Either you are very intravascularly volume depleted, and/or become intolerant to the said diuretic. You need to see your MD asap and/or the prescribing doctor ASAP.
