Should i be really nervous if i recently got a concussion?

Maybe some anxiety: We all walk around in a state of denial--that nothing bad is going to happen to us and when something does (like having our bell ring) it shakes our confidence & makes us mervous.

No: Our brains have a built in reserve of nerve cells and power, that allows us to recover from concussion. See a neurologist to provide yoiu an evaluation and follow your course with you.

Get help: If you've had a concussion get evaluated. I would advise skipping the worry and meet with your doctor and track any symptoms you've had or may still be having.
